Enviroseal's LAS-320 asphalt sealer is EPA approved with very low VOCs. The acrylic in the sealer forms a chemical bond to new or existing asphalt. LAS-320 repels liquids and eliminates damage from ultra violet rays and water. The sealer dries in minutes and can be striped within 45 minutes. LAS-320 can be applied using a brush, roller or spray unit and has a coverage rate up to 80 to 100 sq. ft. per gallon.
