The 34.8-ton ECR305CL short swing radius excavator features a precisely-engineered weight distribution and increased swing torque for optimal swing performance when working on slopes. Its latest generation Volvo Tier III engine with V-ACT (Volvo Advanced Combustion Technology) develops 107 hp. Maximum digging depth is 34.1 ft. (6.9 m) with up to 44,512 lbf. (198 kN) of breakout force. A new rounded cab features a larger, brighter, color LCD monitor, providing a built-in service display and selectable hydraulic control options. The optional CareTrack GPS system conducts a self-diagnostic routine, alerting when a fault is detected.
