Proceq announces the launch of the improved CANIN+ corrosion-analyzing equipment with redesigned 1- and 4-Wheel Electrodes. To meet all customer needs, Proceq offers a wide choice of probes for the CANIN+: The Rod Electrode was developed to test areas below 20m2 (215 sq. ft.) and hard-to-reach surfaces. The one-wheel Electrode was designed for testing larger areas, while the 4-Wheel Electrode offers a tool for very fast testing of large areas. The Wenner probe measures the concrete's electrical resistivity, for further indication of the likelihood of corrosion. It is best used for complementary diagnostics of areas already tested with the Rod and Wheel Electrodes which are based on the half-cell corrosion potential method.
