The Volvo DD138HFA compactor offers high frequency and high amplitude with eight amplitude settings using patent-pending SMART drum technology.
- Each amplitude setting is automatically adjusted to be the highest frequency for that amplitude selection, enabling the operator to sue lower amplitudes with higher frequency on thinner lifts and higher amplitudes with lower frequency on thicker lifts and stiffer materials.
