GuideStrip from Vanguard is a tactile guidance system that uses the grooved/cane directional system for visually impaired individuals to track safely to an emergency exit, at crosswalk edges, transit platform door openings (to indicate both, door location, as well as appropriate path of travel), or anywhere else directional or emergency cues are required. Installation is done through a liquid application on-site and the GuideStrip is available in any width.
